Deep ridges under eyes - too much Botox?

Thanks for your question. I have never seen deep ridges form after a Botox treatment, as it’s not usually injected around the undereye area. If you want to add volume under the eyes I recommend Juvederm Ultra, or Restylane - they have a smaller molecular size so they work perfectly in areas with very delicate skin and tissue. I would suggest you visit your licensed injector and discuss your concerns with him/her to decipher your aesthetic plan.  

Botox is used to pervent muscular action, allowing the muscle to relax and wrinkles to soften. It is rarely used directly under the eye and from your description it may be purely coincidental that you have these ridges.
