I had Botox injected 3 months ago. I’ve had it four times before over the last 4 years. This time I’m not sure if the injector might have used too much or something? I’ve had these deep ridges develop under my eyes, as you can see in the photo. What should I say next time around to avoid this happening? Would filler improve it?

Depending on the depth of your wrinkles prior to Botox it is possible for them to still be present after treatment. The treatment should have softened the look however. I encourage you to return for an evaluation. If you are still able to move the area freely it may be that a touch up is needed.
Botox will not help with skin elasticity nor will it improve the contour irregularities in the submental area. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. You may be a candidate for FaceTite to improve these concerns.
Swelling can occur after PRP treatment, but it should have no impact on your Botox results. Your Botox should not migrate due to the PRP treatment symptoms. Final results for Botox are seen two weeks after injection.
