The micro canula liposuction under local will fix your problems just fine but adding Accutite which is skin tightening at the same time will make the results look amazing.

Botox will not help with skin elasticity nor will it improve the contour irregularities in the submental area.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.  You may be a candidate for FaceTite to improve these concerns.

You do look like you need a revision liposuction of the submental otherwise known as the chin area. I would consider having ultrasound assisted liposuction because there's probably quite a bit of scar tissue present in combination with J plasma for skin tightening. Botox injection to the masseters will not help. I would recommend surgical consultation to address remaining fat and skin laxity. Kybella, can in appropriate cases, be used to reduce post liposuction lumps.
