Is Silikon 1000 available in Istanbul or Europe? (Photo)

Hi , I want to know more about non surgical permanent nose jobs , I have a bump on my nose and I want it to be straight, the only way I know about for know is silikon 1000 , is this type of nose jobs available in turkey or Europe ?
