I have had 2 sessions where Silikon 1000 was injected into my nose with the micro-droplet technique. After the last session, slightly too much product was placed on the side of my nose, and I have a soft raised area, like a 4mm wide circular patch. I would like to reduce this so it flattens, would steroid treatments permanently flatten the area, or would the raised area return? What are my options for flattening it permanently?
