Would Silikon 1000 correct polly beak deformity after rhinoplasty? (photos)

Dear Doctor, I urgently need help after a nasal surgery. Post-surgery, my nose swelled excessively and became infected. After multiple antibiotics, it healed incorrectly. I suspect a pollybeak deformity. Can it be fixed with Silicone1000? What are the solutions? Many doctors are unsure. Your expertise is desperately needed. Im terrifed to have another surgary and hope some of you can help me. Thank you

Based on your photos, it appears that the bottom of your nasal bridge protrudes from your face further than your nasal tip. In our experience, adding Silikon-1000 to the nasal tip, may not lead to added tip projection. Rather it may lead to a wider nasal tip appearance.
