I want to ask about the the recovery period after vaser high def lipo ?? I will do it in 3 weeks , so I am pressed to see your answers , thank you
Answer: The Recovery Period After Vaser High Def Lipo Many studies indicate that there is less injury to the body with Vaser than with traditional #liposuction. Recovery from Vaser Liposuction is based on the level of soreness and bruising experienced by the patient. But, it can vary among patients. As with traditional liposuction, there are no large incisions or effect on the muscle and other underlying tissue. Therefore, #healing time may be less than anticipated by most. Therefore, Vaser patients may experience less #pain or discomfort, #swelling (#edema) and bruising post procedure due to the nature of the technique. A quicker #recovery for a patient may be two to three weeks without any strenuous activity. This includes the short period of suggested rest of 12-24 hours soon following the procedure. #Exercise and activity are contingent on how the patient feels. Mild activity is not likely to hinder recovery or healing or create problems with recovery. However, it is recommended to acquire your doctor's permission to do so. Once you begin exercising again, start gently and let your body tell you what it can tolerate. Don’t rush!! Swelling after #Vaser liposuction is not uncommon. Gentle #walking may increase circulation and help to alleviate swelling. But you must not strain or push yourself. Also, if you were provided a post-procedure #garment, be sure you are wearing it until prescribed otherwise by your doctor. The purpose of the post-procedure #garment is to provide some gentle #support and to reduce swelling. If it feels too tight or causes pain, take it off. Many patients wear the #elastic garment for several weeks after procedures, as directed by their doctor; some choose to wear it longer for several months for comfort. The final results of the procedure are typically most noticeable 2-4 months following the #Vaser. So, you must have patience. The swelling will gradually diminish while the contours of the treated area(s) can continue to improve up to one year post procedure; becoming more apparent in appearance. If you have concerns about your healing, or pain that you question to be unusual, it is important to call your plastic surgeon to discuss these further asked to be examined.

Answer: Recovery after Liposuction & After care includes RF treatments (Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra) Cellutone/zwave, hyperbaric oxygen Most people will return to work after a week. After hi definition liposuction, I recommend waiting 3-4 weeks before beginning to exercise and to stop if there is any discomfort. Keep in mind, you may have swelling for 3-6 months following your procedure. I recommend following up with your Doctor about their protocol for aftercare following liposuction. For liposuction aftercare, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: REcovery after VASER Hi Def My suggestion is a 5-7 day period of just taking it easy at home. You will feel very delicate for the first 48 hours. Remember that patient recovery is different between individuals. Take painkillers when you need them, go for the massage as this makes patients feel more comfortable. Remaining mobile also helps with leakage and drainage. Hope that helps. Dr Wolf

Answer: Vaser Any surgery affect the body and the body needs sometime to recover. The more burden the surgery puts on the body, the longer the recovery period. The burden will depend on the time of the anesthesia, the depth of the anesthesia, the surface area of the area affected by the surgery, the aggressiveness of the surgeon himself/herself ..etc. This dictates that you will get several answers that differ in the timing of recovery. In my hands, VASER patients go back to their work/normal daily activities within a max of one week after the procedure. I have patients who went back to work the next day. but again, this will differ between patients, doctors and the areas to be worked on.best of luck,Shady Hayek
