just because someone is at risk for keloids doesnt mean they cant do. lasers or plasma pen. I suggest you pretreat your skin with cosmelan, growth factors, and vivatia, and see an expert to determine what is the best long term plan with lasers and localized small areas of plasma pen to start. Best, Dr. Emer.
