I am part African American but look Caucasian; however, I know that melanin has to be in my skin somewhere. Am I a candidate for my plasma pen on eyelids? I'm scared of hyper and hypopigmentation. I had paradoxical ink darkening on a red tattoo removal, then one area of hypopigmentation when the wrong wavelength was used. After wavelength adjustments, I've had no trouble with my skin. No keloids and scars aren't noticeable on me. I think I'd benefit from this in the right doctor's hands. Help!
