Is the plasma pen a good idea? I have deep lines around my mouth and cheeks.

You may want to consider treatment with a dermal filler such as Sculptra Aesthetic to restore some of the volume depletion that is evident in your pictures. I suggest Sculptra as it is a collagen stimulator that gives a very natural appearance and works well with the Plasma Pen.
