Is CoolSculpting harmful for the belly button?

Hello! l would like to ask if you suggest to make CoolSculpting method to tummy when belly button is inside the handle? is it harmful for belly button?

Thank you for your question! Coolsculpting is a safe and non invasive procedure. As long as you do not have a history of a hernia in the area, it is safe to treat over the "belly button" area. The CoolSculpting technician will not place the applicator directly over the belly button.  When you are scheduled for your procedure, the CoolSculpting technician will know the correct way to place the applicator based on your specific body type and shape without going directly over the belly button. CoolSculpting should not affect the belly button when a procedure is done over this area.  It is important to examine the patient first though, because if there is a hernia in the belly button, the procedure should not be done to that area.  CoolSculpting over an area with a hernia could cause damage.
