Thank you for your question! Coolsculpting is a safe and non invasive procedure. As long as you do not have a history of a hernia in the area, it is safe to treat over the "belly button" area. It is recommended to consult with a trusted provider prior to treatment, to make sure you are a good candidate for the procedure. Thank you again and good luck!
Hi guniz You can treat most areas of the body including your neck, arms, abdomen, flanks, and thighs. Coolsculpting has an advantage over liposuction in that the treatment is virtually painless and has no down-time. For more information about this procedure, please visit our website.
Hello,The CoolSculpting technician will not place the applicator directly over the belly button. When you are scheduled for your procedure, the CoolSculpting technician will know the correct way to place the applicator based on your specific body type and shape without going directly over the belly button. Hope this helps!
CoolSculpting should not affect the belly button when a procedure is done over this area. It is important to examine the patient first though, because if there is a hernia in the belly button, the procedure should not be done to that area. CoolSculpting over an area with a hernia could cause damage.
Hello and thank you for your question. Typically the belly button is not directly involved in a CoolSculpting session. If you have concerns, voice them to your medical provider prior to your treatment. Best wishes.Dr. T
Thank you for your question! CoolSculpt does a great job at decreasing adipose tissue. I would recommend 8-10 cycles on the abdomen and 4-6 cycles on the flanks to start. I would then follow with Velashape to further treat the adipose tissue and increase the collagen in the skin.
Thank you for asking! Please wait after your delivery before you do CoolSculpting as this has not been tested on pregnant women. Always consult with a board certified medical provider.
Hi, great question. CoolSculpting targets subcutaneous fat, that's the pinchable fat between your skin and the muscle. Visceral fat is under the abdominal muscle around your internal organs. Only diet and exercise can help reduce visceral fat.
