Laser hair removal targets only the hair follicles in the dermis which is very superficial. While it is possible to have superficial burns on the skin if the laser is used incorrectly it unheard of to have dizziness, weakness and the other symptoms you are having. Hi, the energy from the laser penetrates into the skin. Temporary skin irritation, discomfort, redness and swelling are possible after laser hair removal. Blisters are rare but are more likely in people with darker complexions. Systemic symptoms are typically not associated with laser hair removal treatment, unless an infection developed from a blister. I would see a Dermatologist if your skin symptoms persist. Thank you.
