I have noticed that my labia is much darker than it used to be and I'm considering to have a laser whitening treatment but I also would like to have my pubic hair remove first. I'm from latin-america and have tanned skin. My question is whether it is safe to have both treatments and if I may get in fact even darker skin for having laser twice.

It is not clear why you stopped but yes, you should be able to restart your treatments. Most people require at least 6 – 12 treatments at regular intervals. You should schedule a follow-up consultation with a Board Certified Dermatologist.
