Will laser hair removal also lighten my freckles?

I’v got pale skin, freckles and dark brown hair. I am starting laser hair removal on my legs and arms. I am getting six sessions for each area. They are using Cynosure Elite lasers, my question is will the laser also lighten the freckles on my arm?thank you in advance

Yes, it can be used for laser hair removal. Diode, alexandrite and yag lasers work best for hair removal and safe for darker skin tones. I typically have patients do every 4 weeks for the first 3 times and then every 4-6 weeks for 3 times after. It will take a series of treatments and some p...
