If I use minoxidil 5% 2ml twice a day. Will the prescribed dose 1ml twice a day work effectively after that?

After using 2m of 5%l minoxidil twice a day. Can I safely switch to prescribed dose of 1ml twice a day without losing my hair. Or due to lower the dose I will lose my hair?

Typically "moon facie" refers to the swollen appearance that can occur with the use of adrenal steroids.I am not aware of this effect occurring with the use of Minoxidil.However,Minoxidil is associated with hirsutism-growth of hair on the face and arms (especially in women).

If you are using other oils on your scalp it is better to clean your scalp before applying minoxidil. Alcohol has no effect on minoxidil.
