Finasteride blocks testosterone from becoming the active hormone which causes hair loss. I suspect this is your natural male pattern balding blooming, but you should talk to your doctor about this situation. Consider minoxidil and PRP/ACell injections in the future.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
