IUD, birth control & endometriosis - can you advise on dark patch/enlarged underarm? (Photo)

Question

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone can advise me. I am on birth control pills and I also have an iUD. I do have endometriosis as well, which is why I am taking the birth control to prevent the pain from coming back. I have developed a dark patch - like an enlarged circle. There is no bump, or growth. It is just discoloration. Can some please tell me what is this?
