Opzelura for Hypopigmentation? (Photo)

I know opzelura cream is FDA Approved for Vitiligo but I'm wondering - since it darkens or evens pigmentation - could I use it with good results for my hypopigmentation developed after a procedure? (See photo) Thanks.
