losing lots of hair after I stopped using minixodil after almost three weeks of use. Am I gonna get the hair I'm losing back? i stopped because of the flakes and stickiness of the hair after using the drug everyday. i cant shower everyday so sleeping with sticky hair was not comfortable at all

There is an initial hair shed with Minoxidil. It will take up to 6 months to see results and you will need to continue use to maintain results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hair loss expert to go over your condition and advise you on best treatment options and shampoo recommendations. Minoxidil helps to stopping hair loss and thickening of hair although it may cause a little loss at beginning . Flakes and stickiness of the hair after use of minoxidil is a common side effect. Serum also may cause irritation of the skin, redness, dryness, itchiness and dandruff because of alchol content of minoxidil . It would be better to consider using a lower dose/percentage. All of side effects are assumed to go away soon after stopping to use it.
