Is Finasteride working for me after 13 months? (Photos)

I'm a 25 year old male and I've been on Finasteride (1.25mg/day), Minoxidil and Ketoconazole (2%) for 13.5 months. Lately, I feel like I'm shedding more hair than usual. I can still see gaps in my scalp under light or when my hair is wet. Based on these photos, would you say that Finasteride is working for me? Should I give it some more time before going back to a dermatologist for evaluation? What are my other options at this point? Also, is it safe to shampoo with Ketoconazole 2% every day?

You have a androgenetic type hair
loss and finasteride does not stop this  %100... I dont advice to use finasteride because of
possible side effects and being under
the necessity of using that chemical for almost life long to stop hair
loss.Beside that in your case finasteride is not working on your hair loss any more. I think, ıf you keep to use it , would not get any more benefit...You would better planning to have an
exam at hair loss expert for hair restoration surgery when you fell
uncomfortable about hair styling or total loss of hair..
