I'm 18 years old and I have hooded eyes. It's not from ageing but simply just how I was born. I was wondering if a doctor would perform this op on somebody so young, even though it is completely destroying my confidence and it's something I want to deal with before I get any older, because ageing will probably make it worse.

Thank you for your question and for posting your photo. You are lifting your forehead in the photo, so it is not really possible to determine the natural brow position at rest. If you can, please post another photo with your forehead truly at rest (i.e. not lifting the forehead/brows)....
It is difficult to evaluate with the photos that you have provided. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. A few options may included Botox treatment or endoscopic brow lift surgery. Best of luck to you.
The best solution in this situation may be to wait until your previous dose has worn off and start from scratch, being cognizant of the fact that you received too high of a dose previously. It would not be advisable to pursue a permanent surgical solution to address this temporary problem.
