How long for skin to go back to normal after steroid mixed with hyaluronidase?

I had some filler left in my skin like a small ball and he injected me with a mixture of steroid hylerondaise and saline Now I have a huge dent running up the side of my cheek. It’s been 4 days and I worried it won’t come back
