I used Rivanol disinfection and Mupirocin ointment from today as my doctor said. The hair removal laser was I2PL and it required gels, maybe i was alergic to the gel

Answer: Laser hair removal and folliculitis This appears to be inflamed hair follicles (folliculitis). It can be mechanical (from the hair being heated by the laser and irritating the follicle) or infectious (usually bacteria from the skin can invade the follicle). Either way it can look similar. If you do not respond to topical antibiotics like mupirocin, then your doctor might consider culturing the pustules or empirically putting you on an oral antibiotic. Please see him back if this is not improving over the next 3-5 days or as your doctor might have instructed you.
