My dentist said we need to do refinements because some front tooth aren’t tracking. He told me I should keep changing Invisalign’s every week as planned until I have an appointment again (September 8). Is it harmful for the teeth to change Invisalign’s even though some teeth don’t track?

Are you on what number of aligner? it's common with the first aligner. just apply gel only on gum for 15 seconds and clean your mouth with plenty of water immediately and after that try the aligner, it will resolve your issue.
Do the aligners first, then your cosmetic dentist can make the appropriate gum recontouring. Gums will change sometimes with orthodontic alignment, so do these first. SureSmile is better, IMHO, than Invisalign, which is expensive and always requires endless refinement. I have seen some doctors,...
