Invisalign causing jaw misalignment. Will this be fixed when the tooth jump and will the tooth jump at this point? (photo)

Based on your photo, I would not worry much at this point.  If by chance, the tooth doesn't "jump" before tray 16 (the final tray), then you will likely need refinement trays.  I think that it's likely that your tooth will "jump" before aligner #16, but not guaranteed.  I would love to see your before photos, so that I could give a more definitive answer.  My best advice is that you continue to wear your trays 22-23 hour per day, and continue to make your doctor aware of your concerns.  I hope this helps. It is hard to give an educated opinion without seeing a before picture prior to starting invisalign.  It looks like your aligner has a (what I call ) a "bump".  Sometimes it is placed directly on your natural teeth and the aligner fits above it.  Something to keep your teeth separated to free the cuspid from the under bite and allowing it to move into the proper jaw alignment.  This can cause a temporary deviation of the bottom jaw because you cannot bite your teeth together the same way they normally match.  Once the cuspid is jumped over the lower teeth and the "bump" is removed and you are able to bite your teeth the way you are used to, bottom jaw will return to its normal position unless that there are some other factors involved that I am not aware of.
