When Can I Do Intense Exercise After Smart Lipo?

When will I be able to start intense exercise after the Smart Lipo procedure? I love to do cardio kickboxing and free weight training, how long do I have to wait to do intense workouts?

Whether smart or conventional liposuction, there is swelling that develops not for a day or so after and then will take weeks to go away. You might have been told to wear a compression garment and you should as this may help.
