Unfortunately and quite sadly, you have become another victim to "injections" for augmenting the buttock.  This always leads to complications and frequently rather severe ones and ones that are not totally fixable.  It may be possible to surgically remove a large portion of the material from your labia majora, however it is virtually impossible to remove all of it and no way to prevent migration in the future.  Glad to help.   

I am sorry about your problems, and now is not the time to warn about buttock injections of silicone or other materials(besides your own fat). Your left labia is obvioulsy larger and has the material in it. Is it firm? is it tender?I would remove all the abnormal fat and silicone and replace it with a dermal fat graft(small amont of fat from another part of your body). This may take a few small procedures, but I believe it could be done under local anesthesia and possiblly sedation. I believe it could be improved tremendously.Eric Weiss MD
