How can an ingrown stitch be removed after rhinoplasty two years ago? (photo)

I had a cleft lip as a child and got a reconstructive rhinoplasty two years ago. A few weeks ago I started noticing a little blue dot on my nose and a what looked like a pimple over it. How can i remove it, or what would be best to do? Now the are is red with some pain and what seems to be pus over it.
