I had a cleft lip as a child and got a reconstructive rhinoplasty two years ago. A few weeks ago I started noticing a little blue dot on my nose and a what looked like a pimple over it. How can i remove it, or what would be best to do? Now the are is red with some pain and what seems to be pus over it.

It is certainly acceptable to undergo a hair transplant under local anesthesia and rhinoplasty under general anesthesia within a of couple weeks of each other. Choose your surgeon wisely and make sure you look at their photo gallery
Thank you for the post and your photo. I agree with what the others have said -- the key thing to determine is what size and shape of nose will be most appropriate for your face. Examining your picture, it looks like some improvement could be made in terms of the bulbous tip and wide base....
Even without a nose operation, bloody noses can happen from some trauma to the fragile nose mucosa. If the air flow is more turbulent than laminar ( smooth) then congestion can build up and the mucosa can become dry and more prone to bleeding. This is why you can get a nose bleed with a cold...
