i just had a watercolor tattoo few days ago on my inner lower arm, and it turned out bad. i don't like it at all. Could it be removed by laser treatment? and honestly approx how long usually takes to get it removed? i had a major surgery few years back & the scar grew keloid but slowly got thiner and fading to match the skin color itself. is it safe to use the laser treatment for my tattoo removal with my condition? thank you.
