Hi. I have included a pic of my lips. I want to hopefully get a wider mouth with more vermillion on my upper lip. My palate is moderately wide but I have heard expanding my palate dentally will stretch out the mouth. I also want some cheekbones implants so maybe that might stretch the mouth once I get a lower body fat or a buccal fat removal. Maybe a lateral comissureplasty might to it combined with a corner lip lift but I don't want to go overboard its procedures. What would be some next steps

Thank you for your question, You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. Technique will be important here, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. To get a wider mouth the physical location of the mouth corners need to be changed. (mouth widening or lateral commissuroplasties) No procedure done around the mouth such as palatal expansion or cheek implants is going to change the location of the mouth corners.
