Hello, my face is not symmetrical, one side is a lot bigger and rounder than the other. I’m not sure if it is my jaw /muscle/ glands or if this can be corrected by surgery or injection? It is more noticeable when I’m smiling. If possible I’d like to slim the rounded side. I did not have this issue 6 months ago, I’m not sure how my face has changed so much.
