Got chin implant 3 weeks ago, was unsatisfied w/ the result, got revision 5 days ago and I think my chin is still too pointy.

Do you think my chin after revision still look unnatural (too pointy)?I feel so funny with this new chin.

Yes, it's too early to tell what your final results will be. You will have swelling, which will gradually resolve over the next several weeks. If you remain concerned, I would follow up with your surgeon. Hope this helps.

Could a full 20 millimeters of anterior chin advancement be achieved via a sliding genioplasty followed by a chin implant?

Sliding genioplasty is an extreme surgery that I don’t recommend unless you have functional issues. To fix the cosmetic problem of a weak chin, a chin and jaw implant would give you the correction you want. You must find an expert facial plastic surgeon to help you with this. I hope this helps.
