I am scheduled to start optilight ipl for ocular rosacea and facial rosacea. A combo treatment will be done at the ophthalmologist by his assistant. They have trained on the device over the summer as it is a new machine. Do any dermatologists know about this machine? Does IPL cause more telangictasias to grow when the effects where off? I don't want to cause more harm than good. Apparently my telangictasias under the skin are interfering with my meibomium gland function thx
