Hello - I'm having IPL for dry eyes and my ophthalmologist treats the whole face.She uses metal contact lenses, so she does the entire eye, both lids. I understand IPL doesn't do much for eye bags and I want to get Neogen Plasma for those. How long do I have to wait after the last IPL?

You can either the do the treatments same day (IPL first, Neogen after) or you can wait and do them weeks apart. For best results for pigmentation issues, I would recommend same day.
