I’ve had IPL treatments done in the past that yielded significant peppering on my face. I had a BBL treatment a while back and there was no peppering at all. Does peppering equal results or will the pigmented area still fade without visible darkening after the treatment? I’m considering buying a package deal and I’d like to understand if improvements occur even without the telltale darkening of spots immediately after the treatment. Thanks for any responses.
