My under eyes are really white and sometimes look translucent because I can see the blue veins under my skin. It is a big insecurity of mine and I always have to wear concealer. I’ve had under eye filler about 3 times and it improves the appearance, but the area still always looks lighter than the rest of my face. What can I do to further improve this?

Based on your photos, the lighter appearance is likely due to thin under-eye skin, visible veins, and volume deficiency rather than pigment loss alone. Since filler has only partially improved the area, options such as fat grafting, laser treatment for visible veins, or skin-quality treatments may provide additional benefit. An evaluation by an experienced oculoplastic or facial plastic surgeon can help determine the most appropriate approach for a natural result.
