This is dead fat too close to the skin, which lost enough local circulation for tiny dead skin openings to form, allowing the liquefied (dead) fat to drain.
Even done properly, BBL requires transplanted fat to be surrounded by adequate blood supply to heal and ultimately survive to preserve (new) volume, and still, some fat will not survive. In your case, it appears you have "more than average" dead fat. Dead fat either is absorbed, or when it is too close to the skin like yours, drains through unwanted dead skin openings. Expect more volume loss.
You can also expect more drainage, and possibly more dead skin openings. You should likely be on antibiotic coverage, as infection would be potentially devastating to your already-worsening result, and possibly your well-being or even life.
