Is it safe to use derma roller 10-15 days after stopping 20mg Accutane?

My dermatologist prescribed initially some antibiotic(1 month) which was useful to certain extend but it never stopped those nodular and cysticacne. Finally he prescribed accutane(1 month --20mg everday) and within 20 days the acne cleared with all dark brown spots. Also I have acne scars from previous acnes and these new ones as well. For those he suggested dermaroller. Will it be safe to use dermaroller if I stop accutane now and do it after 10-15 days with tha above mentioned dose?

I start rolling and RF INFINI even during Accutane low dose. This has to be done with caution and not all dermatologist will endorse this treatment based upon legal reasons. Bottom line, if you are conservative, micro needle with a 0.5 mm 4 weeks after stopping Accutane. Opinion will not be shared by others due to medicolegal reasons.A review on skin needling below in the Webreference. CheersDr Davin Lim Laser DermAustralia.

It is typically recommended not to do micro-needling until you have been off Accutane for at least 6 months. In my practice, I frequently start patients' micro-needling treatments sooner as I believe it is quite safe and should not be affected by the Accutane treatment.Micro-needling is much more effective in treating acne scars when combined with the
