It is safe, but doubtful it will make much of an impact on your deep scars. It works best if you are looking to reduce pore size or plump up the skin temporarily for a party or event. I suggest having a Micro Laser Peel or doing a series of Permea (3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart). With MLP, you will have 3-5 days of downtime. With Permea there is little to no downtime. They are reasonably the same price. #deepacnescars #scar #Permea #microlaserpeelGood luck to you!

We have been getting excellent results with this treatment for scars.

How effective rollers are will be determined by your end goal, severity of your loss of collagen, technique, depth of rolling, and frequency. Derma Rollers do work, however they are almost 2 decade old, stamping technology with growth factors is the next step, and then energy based needling with...
I ask my patients to use tretinoin after skin rolling- micro needling, however the rate limiting factor is skin irritation. On this basis I get them to use Vitamin A 2-4 days after. When one needles to create channels, in theory we would like penetration of the vitamin A - tretinoin-...
