Hair transplant surgery does not directly effect cancer or heart attack risks.  There are no vaccines involved in hair transplant surgery.

Hair transplants are generally well tolerated procedures. No vaccines are used. Cancer is not increased.It is however a surgical procedure and there are risks. Patients with significant heart problems and advanced heart disease can not undergo a hair transplant. Yes, heart attacks hsve been mentioned by some hair transplant surgeons but it is very, very rare.It is important to have the procedure performed by a well trained team.  This leads to an enjoyable, safe day with a low risk of complications.

There is no connection between heart disease or cancer and hair transplants. The hair transplants are done under local anesthesia so there should be no impact on your heart, but if you have known heart disease, you must tell your doctor before it is done as this may change the risk factor with the local anesthesia.
