Wrinkles with Accutane. Could this be due to the drug? What can I do about it?

Am 24 y female on isotretinoin for 4 months now , suddenly i noticed fine undereye wrinkles like fine lines with ugly crow foot on smiling , could tgis be due to the drug ? And what i can do about it i think am still young for botox !

This is most likely from the dryness in your skin, not the drug itself. It doesn't affect muscles or collagen. Remember that Accutane can also make you more sun sensitive. And it's from the sun that we get fine lines and wrinkles (over time). So make sure you are also wearing a good sunscreen every single day.
