Is vitiligo normal (white spot) after chemical peel? It's not milky white in colour, just two shades lighter.

I had a vitiligo spot on my back which is half the size of penny and two other small spots which are barely visible I had them for more than 8 years or more, as I haven't noticed it as a child since it's at the back. They never spread. I also have tan and hyperpigmentation on my back face and neck I was getting chemical peel on face to get rid of dark scars after the peel I noticed a light spot under my lip
