Male 25. Think I have a sudden thinning (didn't bother before) of hair on top of the head specially in the crown. But the hairline seems to be intact. It seems like hair is not falling off much, as only few hairs get on brush, but it looks like the hair is becoming sparse or the strands are thinning. It looks really sparse when wet, when dry it looks fine from front and side I had a very psychologically stressful event 3-4 months back. Could my hair loss be a result of Telogen Effluvium or MPB?

When we look at your pictures , we can say that there is no problem about hair thinning or begining of  AGA .İf you loose more than 200 hair  daily , stress that you have 3-4 months ago may trigger a TE period. İt is better to have an exam on hair expert

Strictly speaking, it's rather unlikely the cause of hair loss would be a TE as this causes diffuse loss not localized. Male pattern balding would be the most likely cause by far but one can not completely rule out other causes (alopecia areata, scarring alopecia, etc etc) based on your brief brief story. Please see a physician if concerned.
