Can I get a more rounded, convex/feminine forehead with filler? (Photo)

Yes, you could have fillers in order to make the forehead more even, but you'll have to know that as the fillers are absorbed in several months to one year, you'll have to repeat the procedure periodically. 
You could try fat grafting for a result that lasts longer.

What you have is as central horizontal depression between the upper forehead and the bar bone area. It appears what you would like to do is fill in that area and transition it up and out to the sides for a smooth convex shape to the forehead. Certainly fillers is a good place to start but they are not permanent and how many filler is needed to make your forehead 'way way more convex' is unclear. In the end the one permanent solution that is the most effectveis a custom forehead implant design that can presurgically create the desired shape and thickness needed to achieve your desired forehead shape.
