Could I get microblading eyebrows higher instead of an eyebrow lift? (Photo)

Hello Doctors, do I really need an eyebrow lift if I get my eyebrows microbladed higher than where they naturally sit? I can afford a blepharoplasty but not an eyebrow lift right now. Thank you!
