Oily skin on accutane! Should I stop using it?

Sir, I have been on accutane since one year on 10 mg day! But from past few weeks i am noticing oily skin again! My nose and forehead are very greasy! When i started accutane last year i had dry lips but now i cant notice dry lips! Should i stop the dosage or go for 20mg day? Please help! :(

This is not anaphylaxis.   If your anxiety is worse since starting the medication,  it may be related to depression that the drug may trigger.   I strongly recommend that you hold the medication and get a psychiatric evaluation.   The right antidepressant may relieve your...

If you stop taking 10mg Accutane after taking it for one week it shouldn't make your acne worse. One week on that low of a dose is a very short period in comparison with the recommend treatment length, which is usually a period of 5-6 months.

I think it's pretty safe to get a tattoo eight months after you've stopped Accutane.Just make sure you go to a reputable tattoo studio where needles and ink are handled safely.The place I go uses units that are almost completely disposable -- everything except the actual electrical vibrator....
