Is laser and creams like Scrao and Spectra gel effective or am I wasting my time and have to surgical intervention? (Photos)

Question

I had a nose job in December last year 2019 and the bandage left a scar on my nose for several months, my therapist has been injecting her with a (skin poster) I have laser sessions with the aim of restoration but the result is very slow I wanted to consult, is what my doctor does right? Or does the wound need surgical intervention? Or is laser and injection sufficient? Will she leave a permanent scar, or will she completely disappear with creams and treatment?

Scars that exhibit growth should begin treatment with Plato's Scar Serum twice daily followed by Melarase AM and Melarase PM for dark and discolored scars.

This is unfortunate. I will say that the location can be good in a way. The nose should have a supratip break at this exact location. I would recommend finding a surgeon who does a lot of scars of the face. The face heals differently. Some times fillers can do wonders for depressed scars like this, sometimes resurfacing techniques and sometimes it needs to be fully excised and then re-sutured.

After assessing the pictures provided, it looks like you have had a partial thickness skin loss which has turned into a scar. Surgery will most likely result in a permanent scar. The best course of treatment is to handle the scar using laser, creams and injections.
