Recently I had acne scars on my nose removed through laser resurfacing.after treatment they were like red scars I want to ask how much time will they take to completely heal because its already 15 days from the treatment and and the doctor said by this time the scarring due to laser resurfacing will almost heal and only littlespot will remain but still the scarring is very much visible

In some cases, treating the scar without causing redness or pigmentation might be impossible.The photos provided are not clear, and details about the specific laser procedure used are missing. It’s crucial to know what type of laser was used and the specific settings. For safer and more effective treatment, I recommend considering the Ultraclear Laser, a fractional ablative laser effective for various skin types.
I do not advise using dermal fillers in this area due to the high risk of complications such as blindness and skin necrosis.
To ensure proper healing after the laser
        1.	Protect the treated area by avoiding sun exposure, wearing a facemask, and using a physical sunscreen with SPF.
	2.	Be patient, as healing and results take time.

The redness will fail gradually. The scar will not improve completely with one laser treatment.Mocroneedling can offer additional improvement done monthly with on downtime.This can be done safely within a few months.

The appearance is exactly what i would expect at 2 weeks, healed but red and slightly depressed. The redness will gradually fade but will be quicker if you massage it daily with a good scar oil containing Vit A. Sun block when outdoors is very important. The depressed contour may not improve completely but will look less obvious when the redness settles. A gentler laser like a pulse dye laser can fade the redness quicker.
