Infections 1 month after sinus operation

Hi please help I done sinus surgery before one month now I have problem when we go in public place the from some yellow discharge come out more and when we talking 2hour then we feel pain in nose and face and now I have pain in my left side face under eye and mouth and small swelling is it infection or normal ?
