I get sebaceous filaments after applying Retin-A?

I am 40 year guy, I just started with twice a week retin A(0.05%, buffered with Cetaphil moisturizer). The main problem is that I get sebaceous Filaments in chin area, which fade away after 4-5 days if I not reapply retin A. Is there any recommendations to avoid sebaceous Filaments?

I would suggest using Elevase Moisture Booster twice daily to help moisturize the skin and reducing redness and irritation.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
