I am 40 year guy, I just started with twice a week retin A(0.05%, buffered with Cetaphil moisturizer). The main problem is that I get sebaceous Filaments in chin area, which fade away after 4-5 days if I not reapply retin A. Is there any recommendations to avoid sebaceous Filaments?

Retin-A should not be used around your eyes. Even if you mix it will moisturizer. I would recommend you use an eye cream or consider laser or a chemical peel for treating the eye area. Best of luck to you.
