PRP with fibrin or another treatment like mesotherapy or Nucleoli medium?

Still young but overstressed, natural dark brunette went golden and here I am. No falling out too much sbut I need better and more hair. Reasonable would you recommend this procedure of picked something else? Is Japuro with PRP better? Is PRP with micro needling better? I'll repeat no hair loss anymore hopefully. But I want my scalp to help me out. I used to have beautiful hair. Thin genetically but beautiful. I'd be grateful if you can help
